Urbanas second-home store is a place where locals go to shop and eat, and is known as the second-best second-party store in the state.
The shop, located at 1033 W. University Drive, has a menu of items that include: grilled chicken wings, smoked turkey, steak, and bacon.
The first-party menu has a wide range of choices, including chicken wings and baked potatoes, while the second menu has everything from grilled chicken and bacon to chicken soup, mashed potatoes, and chicken stew.
In addition to the second and third party items, the store also sells beer and wine.
“We’re not just a second- party store.
We’re a first- party place,” said store owner David Lutwak.
“I think the best part is, we offer a wide variety of foods and we cater to a wide number of tastes.”
The shop has a second floor where the first floor used to be.
“It’s just like a second home,” Lutvak said.
“The second floor has a lot of people.
I think the more people, the better.
We are a place that is a first and second party.”
Lutwacke said he has received many positive reviews from customers, and the store is not only a great place to shop but also a great opportunity to meet people who love food.
“You can go out there and buy a meal and a couple of drinks, or you can go sit down and have a conversation with people, and that’s the best,” he said.
LUTWAK said the store has been open since 2006 and has grown into a business with about 200 employees.
A second-floor kitchen at the store will be renovated, which means the space will be a lot more spacious.
The store is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., from 9 a.M. to 5 p.M., and Sunday from 11 a.p.m.-4 p..m.; and Monday from 10 a.-3 p.l., and from 10:30 a.d.-4:30 p.a.M..
Luttak said that the store would like to continue to expand its menu to include more second-to-third-party items.
“We want to keep that as a second party in this community,” he added.
“There’s not a lot we can do about it.
We can’t go to the next store, but we can make some changes to the menu.”
The store is located at the corner of University Drive and W. Grand Boulevard in Urbo.
