Italia are in talks with former club AC Milan over a potential sale of the Giallorossi to the Serie A giants, according to a report in La Repubblica.
The paper, citing unnamed sources, reported that the Nerazzurri have agreed to terms with Italian businessman Francesco Tavares, who previously managed AC Milan and Milanese side Udinese.
The Nerazzurs are also interested in selling their former home at the Giuseppe Meazza to a consortium that would include Italian newspaper El Pais, who reported that they have a contract to sell the club to Totti’s agent.
It’s been a busy summer for Francesco and the Nerazurri, who have seen four different managers in charge.
In July, the club sold their first stadium, the Vicente Calderon, to the Chinese consortium which will redevelop the former home into the new Gialloro Somma.
Last year, the Neruzos had a record turnover of €8.5m, but have since been relegated to Serie B.
